But if it's more likely that you'll lose your 2FA tokens, and all your signed-in devices, and there's no one who can initiate Account Recovery for you, then the risk of getting locked out may not be worth the extra bit of protection. If your SK + MP are stored/backed up somehow that someone could get access to both of them (especially without you knowing about it), then 2FA might be a very good idea. So ultimately whether 2FA is useful for you comes down to your threat model. If one of those happens and the attacker also can acquire your SK and master password, game over.
